8:24am – Pacific West Ambulance and Lincoln County Sheriff is onscene.
8:33am – Siletz Fire is enroute.
8:39am – Siletz Fire is onscene.
9:06am – Patient is extricated and in the ambulance. Ambulance will be enroute to Pacific Communities Hospital.
