10:13pm – Structure Fire reported on NW Oceania Dr. Seal Rock Fire, Central Coast Fire, Yachats Fire and Pacific West Ambulance enroute.
10:18pm – Units arriving on scene to a fully involved structure. Everyone is evacuated.
10:32pm- Fire is knocked down, starting overhaul.
11:04pm- Crews are just finishing putting out hotspots and will be starting to clear in about 30 minutes.
