6:40pm – patient extricated .Lincoln County Sheriff requesting tow truck.
7:00pm – patient being transported Samaritan Pacific Communities Hospital.
7:15pm – Oregon Department Transportation and Lincoln County Sheriff remaining on scene. All other units are clearing the scene.
