1:52pm – Reported as a single vehicle into the water at about Milepost 1 on Highway 18. Sounds like they think vehicle is still running and they can only see one occupant.
1:54pm – Requesting Depoe Bay Fire to move up to Taft Station for coverage.
1:55pm – North Lincoln Fire is onscene with a Single Vehicle off the roadway with a single occupant alert and orientated. Cancelled further fire units and OSP onscene.
1:56pm – Cancelled Depoe Bay Fire move up for coverage.
