11:21PM – Seal Rock Fire is not going to a crash on Sturdevant Rd in Toledo even though Pulse Point says they are. It is East County Fire using Seal Rock Fire units.
11:24pm – Crash is a single vehicle into the mud off the roadway. Non-injury and non-blocking. Toledo Fire is enroute as well. They are on Toledo Channels so can not hear much more.
