2:56pm – Yachats Fire, Central Coast Fire and Seal Rock Fire are enroute to a report of a 2 vehicle crash on Highway 101 and NE Starr St.
3:34pm – They are setting up for traffic control. One patient transported to Samaritan Pacific Communities Hospital. Oregon State Police and Lincoln County Sheriff onscene waiting for tow trucks.
3:46pm – Oregon Department of Transportation is being requested to take over traffic control.
