3:32pm – Yachats Fire is onscene with highway closed at Highway 101 and 9th Street. Central Coast Fire, Seal Rock Fire and Pacific West Ambulance enroute as a second medic.
3:34pm – Lincoln County Sheriff is enroute with Oregon Department of Transportation being advised. One patient is trapped in the vehicle that is upside down.
3:39pm – Oregon State Police enroute from Highway 20 milepost 1. Lincoln County Sheriff is onscene.
3:45pm – Patient has been extricated from the vehicle. 1 medic is enroute to Samaritan Pacific Communities Hospital code 1.
3:56pm – second medic is enroute to Samaritan Pacific Communities Hospital code 1.
4:01pm – Fire units are all cleared the scene and ODOT is working on clearing and open the highway.
