1:40pm – crash on Highway 229 at milepost 27 on the Northside of Yasik Loop. Siletz Fire and Pacific West Ambulance enroute. Lincoln County Sheriff advised.
1:45pm – report of a roll over vehicle.
1:52pm – fire is onscene. Medics and fire cancelled by Toledo Fire.
2:13pm – Sheriff is onscene and waiting for a tow truck
