10:31am – Crash Highway 101 and SE 72nd st. City of Newport Fire and Pacific West Ambulance enroute.
10:35am – Newport Police are onscene and cancelled medics and fire. Non-injury.
11:10am – getting reports of someone crashing into the tow truck that was trying to pull the original car out of the ditch.
11:14am – Newport Fire and Pacific West Ambulance enroute. There might be another crash at NW 68th Street as well. Newport Police are investigating.
11:18am – Newport Police are onscene requesting ODOT for assistance.
11:29am – There is a crash of a car into a tow truck at the original accident scene of 101 and SE 72nd St. Newport Fire is onscene.
11:36am – Medics are onscene and there is one patient that will be going to Samaritan Pacific Communities Hospital in Newport for evaluation.
