7:57am – non-injury rollover crash. North Lincoln Fire, Pacific West Ambulance and they are requesting Depoe Bay Fire to Highway 229 and Windy Bend Drive.
8:00am – Occupant is caller and reported there is two occupants. Trapped but not injured.
8:03am – fire is onscene. In the road and blocking. Snow and ice on the roadway. Pacific West Ambulance sending second medic just in case.
8:08am – cancelled medics and Depoe Bay Fire.
8:12am – occupants are out of the vehicle. Confirmed Non-injury. Highway is closed.
8:15am – Vehicle is blocking West Bound lane. Fire is opening highway to one lane.
