7:30pm – Crash at Highway 101 and N Fraser Rd. Two vehicle head on crash with both occupants declining injury. North Lincoln Fire, Pacific West Ambulance, Lincoln County Sheriff and Oregon State Police enroute.
7:35pm – Possibly one person stuck in the vehicle. Getting multiple calls with multiple types of reports.
7:36pm – Sheriff is onscene.
7:38pm – Fire is onscene. One vehicle is on the westside of the highway and another on the Eastside of highway. Head on collision with moderate damage.
7:40pm – cancelled any further responsders. Enough personnel onscene.
7:53pm – Law enforcement is requesting tow trucks.
