7:53pm – Report of a crash at Highway 101 and Fox Creek Dr. Seal Rock Fire, Central Coast Fire, Yachats Fire and Pacific West Ambulance enroute.

7:55pm – Yachats Cleared the scene.

8:01pm – Seal Rock Fire onscene. One motorcycle down, rider denying medical. Cancelled all other responders.

8:11pm – All Fire Units have cleared the scene.
