9:41pm – there is a high speed pursuit in progress of a vehicle last known speed in the 90 mph range. Sounds like they are coming into Depoe Bay. Dark Green Tacoma
9:45pm – coming up on North end of Foul Weather. Lincoln City Police primary. Lincoln County Sheriff and Newport Police setting up to intercept.
9:47pm – Currently in Beverly Beach area
9:49pm – Police able to get them with spikes just North of Agate Beach
9:51pm – law enforcement performing felony stop on 2 occupants just South of Moolack Shores
9:53pm – two detained
10:01pm – requesting a tow truck for the vehicle.
10:10pm – passenger cleared and was given a courtesy transport to Walmart in Newport.
