11:58am – report of a single vehicle off the road on the east side of the highway in the ona Beach curves. Seal rock fire, Central Coast Fire, Pacific West Ambulance and Yachats fire are in route.
12:06pm – Seal Rock Fire is on scene. Blocking the northbound lane. Canceled Central Coast Fire and Yachats Fire. Lincoln County Sheriff and Oregon State Police notified.
12:12pm – Pacific West Ambulance has been cleared. Non-Injury accident.
12:26pm – Law Enforcement is on scene, All fire units have cleared.
