9:00pm – Bay Road just east of Hidden Valley Road has a land slide blocking both lanes of Bay Road. City of Toledo Public works is onscene advising it may be closed for an extended period of time.
9:12pm – Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office – Oregon confirms that it is at Milepost 12 on Yaquina Bay Rd.
